Scorpions
Identification
They are easily identified by a pair of pincers, four pairs of legs, and a long, segmented tail with the tip being a powerful stinger. Their color varies widely.
Problem
After a scorpion sting, victims often feel immediate pain or burning and a numb, tingling sensation. Scorpion stings are typically non-fatal.
Prevention
Relocate rocks, wood piles, loose boards and debris to a location away from your home.
